Hello from the cold North in Winnipeg Manitoba. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas. Emile and I would like to thank everyone at Scott Motor Coach for everything you did for us when we were there to pick up our motorhome. You were all great and went above and beyond for us. From having us picked up at the airport, to getting us to & from the motel and making sure every thing was working great on our machine. We had a good and safe trip home. We have used the motorhome a lot this summer. Our son and his wife thoroughly love it as well. Thanks again for being so terrific & making our time with you so enjoyable. Dear Scott Motor Coach, On October 29th and 30th we experienced devastation from Hurricane Sandy. With the destruction of much of our town we we needed a new headquarters for use until our headquarters is repaired/rebuilt. Robin and Walter were instrumental in assisting us with the rental of an RV which served as the Police Headquarters. Thank you so much for your help in our time of need.

"I am writing to express how excited my family is for our new purchase of the Springdale Trailer Camper. Before coming to Scott Motor Coach (like any person) my husband and I did stop by one of your competitor's, which I can say it was truly a waste of time!! I can't understand when you really want to make a big purchase that salesman, don't take you serious and don't take the time to show you the merchandise. I can say when we stepped foot in your sales room, we were not hounded by salesmen, and my husband and I were treated with most respect imagined. With whatever question we asked, our sales man Todd was right on top of the answers. He told us that he was "new" to the business of selling, but I can say that you have a great employee. He took his time to show us many campers and had the patience when my five-year-old daughter drove him crazy.

My family and I will get a lot of use out of the Sprindale, by going to NASCAR races and long weekend trips to camp grounds with the kids. "YOU GUYS" made that possible.... all of your employees right down to the service and retail employees (Bill and Lori). The dedication of all your employees is what makes your business successful!!!! "Mr. Scott,

Our relationship with Scott Motor Coach began at an RV show 5 years ago, when we fell in love with our first Dutchstar Motorhome and has continued on with complete satisfaction in your dealership to this day.

We were very impressed with the way we were treated and the way your staff went out of their way to put us in our first Dutchstar Motorhome.

The whole process from start to finish was very painless.

In the summer of 2002, we decided to upgrade our motorhome and since our last experience with your establishment was very satisfactory we went back to look at the many makes of motorhomes you carry.

We fell in love with a leftover 2002 Dutchstar but it was already sold and there were no other models available that year. We then decided to order a motorhome with the equipment we wanted on it. Our salesman, Richie Knight, worked with us, calling the factory with our many questions. With Richie's help we decided on a floor plan, equipment, options, and colors we wanted.

Our one problem with this coach would be would it arrive in a timely manner for our vacation to Virginia and could the Scott Motor Coach staff get it prepped in time? Not only did it arrive on time, but also the staff went to work immediately getting it prepped.

The Finance Department was ready for us and there were no delays in processing our paperwork.

Delivery was done in a timely manner and we had three days before our vacation to load our stuff.
